God created marriage to reflect the oneness of the Trinity.

1.  God Made Marriage to Reflect His Oneness

     (Genesis 1:26-27 ; 2:18-25)

     The oneness of marriage is a gift and a responsibility.

 
2.  Sin Marred Our Oneness with God, and with Each Other

     (Genesis 3:1-18 ; Jeremiah 17:9 ; Philippians 2:3-4)

     The effects of sin can make good, healthy relationships

     difficult.

 
3.  God Made Marriage to Reflect Christ's Relationship with

     His Church

     (Ephesians 5:21-33)

     We reflect Christ's relationship with His church by

     loving and respecting others.
